We’re excited that you are interested in working with us! While we would love to work with you, we want to make sure we are the best fit for what you are looking for. We have 3 steps that we follow here at House of Battles:
01 DISCOVERY: This is the opportunity for our team to walk in your shoes. From video calls to in-person meetings, we want to get to know your brand inside and out. We cannot deliver successful project results for your brand if we do not know who you really are. Here it’s all about research—where you are, what are your strengths and challenges and where you want to be.
02 DEVELOP: Here is where we work to define your project needs and develop the most effective plan of action to realistically meet your goals. Our team will host several meetings to nail down collaborative ideas and the confirm written and visual concepts that ensure we the future success of your project. You approval and feedback is key to the development process!
03 DEPLOY: It’s time to prepare the final deliverables and get everything all set to meet the world! We’ve worked hard as a team, and we’re ready to put it out there. It’s a time for a celebration!

Each project is different and requires different needs. Generally speaking you would need your completed service inquiry form, all content copy  + imagery (unless we’re hired to do copywriting/ photography/ videography services) and logins/passwords for us to gain access to the needed platforms. While we will be working on your project, we will need your feedback and approvals on project deliverables.

Absolutely! Every one of our website or social media services come with a complimentary “How To” training session. This is an hour where you and one of our team members sit together virtually. We will walk you through your site page by page, making sure you’re comfortable with managing your design, functionality and content.

We currently offer web/blog design and development via WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Wix and Squarespace! In case you’re wondering, our website is via WordPress!

To book your start date on our calendar, we require a signed contractual agreement, non-disclosure agreement and a 50% non-refundable deposit. Then 25% is due on the actual project start date, and the remainder on the project’s completion date.

*Late fees apply to all payments not received on time.

*More flexible payment plans are available upon request.

That’s perfectly fine! For each design task, we allow two free revisions and a fee will be assessed for the third revision. The amount of the fee will depend on the project scope. If you aren’t interested in paying additional fees, you can purchase all raw files starting at $175 per file when the design is finalized.

Oh no! Just as a reminder, your 50% deposit is non-refundable. We will then assess work completed to date, and will bill you according to half of our current hourly rates.

Yes indeed! We offer 6, 12 & 24 month agreements where you can book a package based upon the amount of hours you need on a monthly basis.

So you’re interested in booking with House of Battles, but our calendar is a bit booked! Awww man, right? No! If the fire is under you, and you’re ready to rock and roll sooner rather than later, we’ve got a solution! We’ve partnered with some amazing partners who are ready to get to work! If you’re interested in using one of our great partners, we’ll submit a quote based upon their pricing and  build the perfect team surrounding your needs — and yes! Amanda will be on the team too serving as the main point-of-contact (POC).
So how does this work?
You’ll now have more designers to serve you.
You’ll skip the lines, getting your process started quickly.
You’ll be introduced to all the key players assigned to your project.
You’ll be provided an official timeline outlining project stages and points of contact.
You’ll conclude the process with a successful project you‘ll quickly want to show off!
All of our partners are talented in their own right, have years of experience and specialize in meeting your needs. We pride ourselves on teamwork, timeline product delivery and client satisfaction!
